How to Keep Your Skin From Drying Out During Winter
Ordinarily, dry skin isn’t serious, but it can be uncomfortable and somewhat unsightly, turning plump cells into shriveled ones and creating fine lines and wrinkles. Sometimes skin suffers from a low level of sebum, which is the natural oil that is produced by the glands beneath the skin. This condition is called dry skin and it cannot hold enough moisture to keep it protected and will look parched and feel tight when washed. In some extreme conditions, it will even show signs of chapping and cracking.
